At prober.com, we specialize in buying, selling, leasing, and upgrading Electroglas, Accretech/TSK and TEL wafer probers. We deal in previously owned equipment, completely refurbished as necessary.

We can also provide complete service for your wafer probers along with professional training for your operators and Technicians.

If your equipment needs are temporary, our lease program could be the answer. You can lease the equipment necessary for a short-term job at a fraction of the purchase cost. We will install upgrades on temporarily needed equipment, warranty it during your short term use, then de-install it when the original job is completed.

Our lease-purchase program offers another cost-effective approach to meeting your long-term equipment needs. You pay a monthly payment and at the end of the lease period you will own the equipment.

We also take probers or parts in trade towards purchasing or leasing our equipment.
